TDOT SmartWay Traffic Cams Near Downtown Knoxville
Before the Game:

  • Andy Holt Drive – Two way traffic with both sidewalks open.

  • P. Fulmer Way (Stadium Drive) – One way south and west from Cumberland Ave. to Lk. Loudon Blvd.  Closed 30 minutes prior to kick off between G10 and Andy Holt. Also closed at Peyton Manning Pass.

  • U.T. Drive – One way south and east from Volunteer Blvd. to Lake Loudon Blvd.

  • Peyton Manning Pass – One way  east from Volunteer Blvd. to P. Fulmer Way
