When the Weather outside is frightful--
When winter weather makes roads dangerous for driving, KAT buses will run on the following Snow Routes; Snow Routes are slightly altered routes that keep our passengers moving and safe. If the weather is bad, just tune into your local radio station or TV channel to find out if KAT is currently operating on Snow Routes. You can also call us at 637-3000.

SEVERE CONDITIONS SNOW ROUTES If
the weather gets really bad, KAT start runnning on "Severe
Conditions Snow Routes." When this happens, service will be provided ONLY on the major corridors
of Knoxville: During Severe Conditions, all passengers ride free. |
