Changes to Pass Payment Policy

Effective immediately, KAT will accept CASH PAYMENTS ONLY on buses and at the Main Street Transfer Point for the purchase of passes.
Pass sales purchases using personal checks or money orders may still be made at the KAT Administrative Offices, which will be relocating on September 21, 2009. The current administrative office location is at 1135 Magnolia Avenue, Knoxville TN 37917 (served by Route 31: Magnolia). Passes may be purchased at this location until Friday, September 18, 2009. Beginning Monday, September 21, 2009, passes will be available for purchase at the new location, 900 Volunteer Landing, in the former Gateway Visitors' Center building. This new location is served by several routes--see the map below. Passes may be purchased Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
