When heavy rains cause flooding, and storm drains clog from debris, the Public Service Division responds with an emergency crew to assist in clearing the debris and reopen the drain.

To report a clogged ditch or drain call 865-215-6000.

It's the responsibility of the property owner with creeks running through private property to clean the overgrowth.
