CHRISTMAS TREE COLLECTION
Public Services Division
Codes Enforcement Office
Solid Waste Office

Christmas tree collection in the City is the same process as for brush collection. After all decorations have been removed, trees should be placed at the street for collection. Please note that Public Service Department crews are currently concentrating on leaf collection and will pick up brush and Christmas trees only as time allows. The regular two week schedule for brush will not begin until mid to late January, depending on the area of the City. Thank you for your patience.

Christmas Tree Reycling at Ijams

Recycle your Christmas Tree at Ijams December 26, 2009 to February 28, 2010. When donated, your tree will either be left intact to provide shelter for critters or it will be chopped into mulch to maintain their trails. Just bring your tree to Ijams during park hours and place it, free of ornaments or tinsel, on the road leading to the Miller Education Building. Call 577-4717 ext. 10 for more information.
