KNOXVILLE SOUTH WATERFRONT VISION PLAN

The South Waterfront Vision Plan stems from an extensive public input process that included three workshops, a website devoted to the topic, and many written comments submitted to a consulting team led by Hargreaves and Associates.

Knoxville City Council adopted the Vision Plan on April 25, 2006, created to serve as a framework for future redevelopment and construction of public improvements along the three miles of waterfront.
